Slaine is very masculine yet elegant and very true to type, and he has achieved great things in the showring. Slaine was exported to Roy & Kate Harbinson, Northern Ireland, in April 2002. He settled in very well with his family consisting of Great Danes and now also his beautiful daughter Layla. He was qualified for Cruft's for life at his first show and at only 13 months of age Slaine won BIS at the Pharaoh Hound Club Championship show in Great Britain. In 2003, only two years old, he won his second specialty best in show! He was BOS at Crufts 2004 and he also has group wins and a Best In Show at open shows to his credit. Slaine is the first Swedish born Pharaoh Hound to become a champion in Great Britain (at only 15 months of age) and he was TOP PHARAOH HOUND 2002 and 2003 in Great Britain! He ended 2005 in second place for TOP HOUND in Ireland!
